Mini Taco Dips

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Food Club Canola Oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (1.25-ounce) packet Food Club Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 (16-ounce) can Food Club Refried Beans
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 (14-ounce) container Food Club Squeeze Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Food Club Salsa
  • 1 cup Food Club Shredded Mexican Style Cheese
  • 1 (10-ounce) bag Crav'n Tortilla Chips

Directions

  1. Heat sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add canola oil. Sauté ground beef until browned, about 7 to 10 minutes. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. In clear glasses or cups, layer the ingredients: refried beans, guacamole, ground beef, sour cream, and salsa. Top with shredded cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
