Hit-The-Trail Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 small, very ripe banana
- 1/3 cup Food Club Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Process 1/2 cup oats in a food processor until powdery.
- Mash the banana with the back of a fork in a bowl.
- Stir in peanut butter, chocolate chips, processed oats and remaining 1/2 cup oats.
- Roll the banana mixture into 10 (1-inch) balls and place on a plate.
- Refrigerate 15 minutes.
- Serves 10 balls.
