Broiled Lemon Herb Cod

Ingredients

  • 1.5-2lbs Full Circle Market Cod
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1tsp. Black Pepper
  • 8 Lemon Slices, plus 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 5 tbsp. Melted butter
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh Chopped Herbs (Parsley, Thyme, Dill, etc.) 

 

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler. Pat fish dry and evenly season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Lay lemon slices on the bottom of a baking dish and place Full Circle Market Cod fillets on top. Combine lemon juice, melted butter and herbs and pour mixture over fish.
  3. Broil for 6-9 minutes, depending on the thickness of fillets, until opaque and flaky or the internal temperature of the cod reaches
    130-140 degrees at its thickest point.
  4. Serve with your choice of veggies.
